Welcome to GTM, a boutique talent agency based on the beautiful Gold Coast.

We pride ourselves on providing a personalised boutique experience, while also having the capabilities of larger talent agencies. We prioritise the value of building genuine relationships with our clients and developing their skill.

Our main goal is to launch and promote emerging talent, and also enhance the career goals of our existing talent. We believe in working closely with our clients to develop their careers in a direction that aligns with their vision and goals. We offer a range of services including professional guidance, contract negotiations, and a complete management and mentor program.

At GTM, we understand that success is not just about booking jobs but also about building long-lasting relationships with our clients and industry partners. Our team is dedicated to creating a supportive and collaborative environment that fosters creativity and growth.

We are passionate about discovering new talent and providing opportunities for them to shine in their chosen creative industry. We strive to create a positive impact in the entertainment industry by representing talented individuals who share our values of hard work, dedication, and professionalism.

About the Founder, Glenn Thompson

After a short career as a Rugby League player, Glenn founded a social sports program called Total Spawtz, offering sport’s management, sports marketing and sports media.

Glenn represented many Australian icons in a wide variety of sports, ranging from NRL, AFL, Ironman/ woman and surfing. Total Spawtz initiated a nationally broadcasted sports radio program and covered a wide range of sporting news and secured interviews with leading athletes in NRL, AFL, Rugby, Motor Racing, Athletics, Netball and Football.

Chasing new horizons, Glenn sold his share in TS and began the Legends of League program, taking Rugby League legends on tour around Australia. Stall wall legends included Brett Kenny, Graham Eadie, Eric Groth snr and Matt Gyuer. Glenn wound the program up after selling it in 2019.

After a long break and searching for a new challenge, Glenn has now formed GTM and is inspired to assist emerging new acting talent in film, stage performance and film production and to help secure their goals in their chosen fields. Hand picked talent and absolute boutique management is what Glenn is passionate about. Personal and professional development with mentorship’s that allow talent to be the best they can be.
