Eric Grothe & The Gurus are a solid, rockin’, five-piece party/dance band that has its origins with Sydney acts Three Day Grothe, Dave Gleeson & The Stilsons, The Booze Brothers, Vegimite Reggae & The Wolverines.

The Gurus perform a selection of the best rock and popular music from the 70’s and 80’s – right through to current hits – and are fronted by Rugby League legend Eric Grothe Snr. on guitar and vocals.

Eric Grothe is popular with audiences and he enjoys interacting with the punters and NRL fans who love to be photographed with him and often bring along their Rugby League memorabilia for him to autograph.

The Gurus are regular performers on P&O Cruise ships and they can also deliver an energetic night of all classic Aussie Rock/Pop – a perfect choice for “Aussie” themed events.
